Khalid Sabree: Neo-Pop Expressionist artist

I had a blast interviewing and shooting Khalid Sabree, an artist that lives in the Bronx, NY.

Shot on a 5D Mark IV in CLOG with a Sigma 35mm f1.4 Art lens.

Yousef Bakeer Quick Doc

!! Thanks for being here!

I was asked by the Islamic Center of Passaic County to produce a short video introducing their new youth development manager, Yousef Bakeer, to their community.

After a call with Yousef, I wrote the script, then met up with Yousef to record it. The entire process took less than one day.

Yousef has a great outlook on life and is full of energy, I can’t wait to see the good things he will accomplish.

Submission for Khalid Al Ameri Videographer

This is my submission to become Khalid Al Ameri's videographer. This film went from idea - script - shot - edit - upload in 2 hours. If I had more time I would have made it a lot more epic, but I wanted to just ship it as soon as possible before the deadline is over.

Tommy Kellam Short Documentary

Here is a short documentary I made about a dear friend, Tommy Kellam. Tommy is the community outreach manager for Humble Beginnings.

This is part of a series of videos intended to shed light on the amazing work Black Muslims do for their communities and their country.

Shot on a Canon C100 Mark II with a Canon 17-55 f2.8 lens and a fancy microphone.

Here is a video I made earlier this year about the non profit that Tommy works for. This video was used at their annual fundraiser to show donors the kind of work the organization does.

Crowdfunding video for QuranReflect

This video went from an idea to final export in 3 hours for a crowdfunding campaign to raise money to build a Qur'an social networking site. I usually like being behind the camera, not in front of it, so please don't judge me :)

Shot on Canon 5D Mark IV paired with Canon 16-35 f4 lens.

Humble Beginnings: Akbar Mcentyre

A film I made for a dear friend, Brother Akbar Mcentyre. Akbar started a nonprofit named "Humble Beginnings", that aims to better Paterson New Jersey through social work.

Brother Akbar is an inspiration. He is a selfless human who loves his community and works harder than anyone I know. He uses his personal van to help distribute food very Sunday to people less fortunate in Paterson, New Jersey.

Camera: Canon C100 Mark II

Lens: Canon 17-55mm f2.8
